New Plugin: Item Requirement Revamp

Hey, so Skill Cost Formula is a really awesome plugin, but what if I don't want items to be used up for skills?

Well, you are in luck. With the new Item Requirement Revamp plugin you can make skills require items or require an empty inventory to use. 

And the best thing those requirements will not use up the items.
